At Notebook Repair we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return an item.
If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, please obtain an RMA number from us and then return your item along with RMA number, Order Number and any contact information that will help us identify the order and process your refund speedily. This shall not affect your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 – see Right to Cancel below. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on unused items returned within 28 days for internet purchases. If the item is faulty we are happy to offer a refund or exchange where available.
Any goods returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition and include the documentation and original packaging.
Goods cannot be returned unless an RMA number has been requested and obtained from Notebook Repair and the package is clearly marked on the outside with this identification.
When returning goods please ensure that they are suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit. Reasonable care of the goods should be taken as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you or your courier.
For any products bought on notebookrepair.co.uk, you have a right to cancel without any reason whatsoever within 14 days after the day you received all goods/services from us.
To exercise the right to cancel please email us at email@example.com, or write to Notebook Repair, Vernon Mill, 26A Mersey Street, Stockport, Cheshire, SK1 2HX. We will need the Order Number, and contact information.
You must send the good back to us, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancelled order. We shall aim to refund you within 14 days from such date or earlier if acceptable proof of delivery is provided.
We will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary deliveries such as Same Day, Next Day, Super Saver deliveries).
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for the return of the item with their own courier and to pay for the cost of the return.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Reimbursement will be withheld until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods and provided proof of delivery.
